Hi! We’re Jason and Heather, the faces behind NoDak Freeze-Dried.

We’re a small family-run business based in West Fargo, North Dakota, and what started as a fun way to make snacks we loved, quickly turned into something we wanted to share with others. After discovering freeze-drying, we fell in love with how it transforms familiar treats into light, crunchy, flavor-packed bites. Before long, friends and family were asking for more — and that’s when NoDak Freeze-Dried came to life.

Everything we make is crafted in small batches with care right here in West Fargo. From colorful candy favorites to fruits and specialty treats, we’re always experimenting and coming up with new ideas. If it’s something we love, chances are you’ll see it coming out of our freeze dryer next!
